Okarun possesses the power of a Yokai called the Turbo-Granny, When accessing this power, Okarun's hair flares up and turns white, gains two thick vertical stripes across his eyes, and a noticeable dark jaw mask with a row of multiple teeth. Underneath his clothing, Okarun's body is given a more muscular definition, while forcing his posture to become hunch-like, and the nails on his hands and toes become sharpened and black. The clothes he chooses to wear are also slightly altered to become flame-like. Okarun's mental state also changes in addition to his physical, giving him a depressing personality. When acessing his power, he also gains the power of going at 100km/h speed, Okarun uses his speed to make swift physical attacks that gives his opponent no window of opportunity to counter back, with his attacks being in the form of a series of squats and headbutts. He also gets immense durability, immense bite force and transportation abilities via entering telephone cables. He is also friends with Momo Ayase, a girl, Jin Enjoji, a boy and Aira Shiratori, another girl.
