• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. If you continue without an account, we generate an anonymous device identifier so we can save your chats and preferences on that device.
• Chat content. The messages you send to AI characters, the characters you create, and related settings are stored so we can provide and improve the Service.
• Usage and analytics. With your consent, we collect analytics such as which pages and features you use, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and diagnostic data.
• Purchases. When you buy gems or a Premium subscription, our payment processor handles your card details and shares transaction metadata (such as amount, status, and a token) with us. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• To provide, maintain, and personalize the Service.
• To generate AI character responses and remember your conversations across sessions.
• To process purchases and manage subscriptions.
• To understand how the Service is used and to improve features, reliability, and safety.

3. Third Parties We Share With

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service:

• Google — for optional sign-in and authentication.
• Stripe — to securely process payments for gems and Premium subscriptions.
• Analytics providers — to measure usage and performance, only after you consent.
• AI infrastructure and hosting providers that generate responses and store data on our behalf.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Chat history is retained so your conversations persist across sessions.
